Electronic Assembler

Position Summary 

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in assembling small electronic components and working in precision manufacturing environments. The position requires the ability to work under a microscope, perform soldering tasks, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, steady manual dexterity, and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform assembly of small electronic components with precision 
• Work under a 10X microscope for detailed assembly and inspection 
• Hand solder components and perform solder rework as needed 
• Conduct solder reflow operations using hot plates 
• Clean and inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met 
• Perform coil winding, shield cutting, and strap cutting 
• Assist with electronics tuning and testing processes 
• Complete epoxy staking and potting procedures 
• Conduct leak testing and other general assembly tasks 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident 
• Experience working with small parts and/or electronic assembly 
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods 
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately 
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills 

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
