Apartment Maintenance Technician – Immediate Hire
Location: Reno, NV
Pay: $20–22/hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are hiring a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for immediate hire in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance skills and a customer-service mindset to keep our apartment community in top condition.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and perform general apartment repairs
- Handle unit turns, including painting, cleaning, and minor carpentry
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Maintain property grounds and common areas for curb appeal
- Assist with preventative maintenance and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
