Experienced Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY: Maintains efficient operation and up-keep of the property buildings, units and grounds in a supportive role.

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Are listed below; however additional duties may be involved. These duties would be performed with the upmost safety and some may require supervision.

·        Responsible for the daily repairs and upkeeps of the property.

·        Maintain the grounds and assist groundskeepers on daily basis.

·        Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.

·        Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.

·        Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents. 

·        Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.

·        Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting and appliance care and installation.
