Job Title: General Production Associate – 3rd Shift

Location: Greenfield, MO

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30am

Occasional overtime required

Summary of the Role:

The General Production Associate will support daily production operations in a seed processing facility. This position involves stacking bags of seed, handling materials, and assisting with production activities to ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack and organize 40 lb bags of seed throughout the shift.
• Assist with production and material handling operations.
• Move products and materials within the facility as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift and stack 40 lb bags repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous production or warehouse experience preferred.

Compensation:

$15.00 per hour
