A highly regarded fine dining steakhouse in Charlotte is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team. What You'll Do

  • Support and lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Train, coach, and develop a talented culinary team
  • Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor costs
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld
  • Lead by example during service and help drive a positive kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of culinary leadership experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
  • Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, and labor management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for quality, hospitality, and excellence in execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000-$105,000
