Lead Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Lead Frame Carpenters to oversee residential and/or commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman with leadership experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe, productive job site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on construction site
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Coordinate day to day on site activities
• Ensure work meets quality standards 
• Train and mentor apprentices and crew members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial framing techniques
• Ability to read blueprints 
• Experience with framing, setting trusses, roof sheathing and interior framing 
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
