Job Title: Yard Goat Driver (General Labor Support)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Yard Goat Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for safely moving trailers within the yard while also supporting general labor duties as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and flexible in assisting across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a yard goat (terminal tractor) to move trailers safely within the facility yard
• Perform trailer inspections before and after movement
• Maintain organization of the yard and ensure efficient trailer placement
• Assist with general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and warehouse support
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience operating a yard goat/terminal tractor
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to assist with general labor duties as needed
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
