Petaluma, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift with flexibility to support a 24/5 operation as needed
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 annually, DOE
We are in search of a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to support manufacturing and facilities operations. As a Maintenance & Facilities Manager, you will oversee maintenance technicians across multiple shifts, drive equipment reliability, manage facility systems, and ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

As a Maintenance & Facilities Manager, you'll have the opportunity to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, support capital projects, and help ensure maximum uptime for a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians across multiple shifts while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
- Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Oversee facility systems including HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendors, contractors, and capital improvement projects.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a food processing, bakery, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing multi-shift maintenance teams and supporting high-speed production equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation.
- Experience using CMMS software for work order management, asset tracking, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA, FDA regulations, and continuous improvement principles.
