Salary: $55,000–$65,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front- and back-of-house operations
• Lead, train, and develop staff to maintain service standards
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Drive sales and support local marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
