Wentworth Home, a local non‑profit assisted living community, has been proudly serving older adults for more than 125 years. As we continue our mission of providing exceptional, resident‑centered care, we are excited to expand our team of nursing professionals.

We are currently seeking qualified full‑ and part‑time Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for our 2nd (2pm–10pm) and 3rd (10pm-6am) shifts, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, person‑centered care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the nursing team
  • Support residents during mealtimes, including assistance with feeding when needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided
  • Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
  • Participate in shift hand‑offs, team meetings, and ongoing training
  • Uphold Wentworth Home’s values of dignity, respect, and high‑quality care
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and fun workplace culture
Qualifications

  • Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
  • Proficient in basic life support and patient care techniques
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
  • Familiarity with care plans and HIPAA regulations
  • Background in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including those with cognitive disabilities and Alzheimer's care
