Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and service quality
• Hire, train, and motivate team members to build a strong, positive work culture
• Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and overall productivity
• Monitor food and supply inventory, control costs, and coordinate vendor orders
• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
• Review sales and labor reports to drive profitability and meet KPIs
• Support and execute local store marketing and community engagement efforts
• Foster a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, preferably in QSR
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with cost control, budgeting, and staffing
• Comfortable with POS systems, labor scheduling tools, and basic computer proficiency
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
