CONTROLLER- PART TIME (10 years experience)

We are looking for a part-time controller to work with our bookkeeper to oversee financial statements including balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is an onsite position three days a week.

Responsibilities include:

• Review of expenses
• Approve payables
• Review invoicing
• Prepare monthly P&L
• Review insurance
• Review sales commissions
• Manage Cash Flow
• Familiarity with payroll and related processes (experience with Paycor and ACA reporting is a plus)
• Assist management with important financial decisions
• Monitor the company’s financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs and maximize profits
