Estate Planning Attorney

An established law firm in Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney including a strong background in probate and conservatorships. This role is ideal for an attorney who values meaningful client relationships, collaborative work, and professional growth within a respected estate and wealth planning practice.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

$165,000-$280,000/year + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide counsel on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related strategies.
• Handle probate and conservatorship matters with confidence and accuracy.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to firm initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years hands-on Estate Planning experience
• Strong working knowledge of probate and conservatorships
• Ability to work in person and commute to the Santa Barbara office daily
