Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current Colorado SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations highly desired
- Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication assessment and treatment
- Passion for supporting student learning and development
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students, including evaluation, goal-setting, and intervention
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other school professionals
- Conduct therapy sessions one-on-one or in groups, adapting to student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to student progress monitoring
- Participate in team meetings and family conferences to provide recommendations and updates
- Stay current with best practices and contribute to a positive learning environment
