School Psychologist – 2 Openings, Spartanburg, SC

Position: School Psychologist

Openings: 2

School Setting: Elementary & Middle School

Schedule: Full-Time

Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week

Assignment: Itinerant Position

Responsibilities:

  • Serve students across an elementary school and middle school.
  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
  • Complete Babynet evaluations.
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff.
  • Provide consultation related to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
  • Support intervention planning and student success.

Opening 2: Part-Time School Psychologist

Schedule: Part-Time
Hours: 3 Days per Week (Flexible Days)

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily support one elementary school.
  • Provide services at an alternative placement on occasion.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments.
  • Participate in student support meetings and special education processes.
  • Collaborate with school teams to support student growth and success.

Required:

  • Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • School-based experience.
  • Experience with psychoeducational evaluations and special education processes.
  • Experience with early childhood evaluations/Babynet preferred.
