Multiple Shifts Available:

1st Shift: $25.57/hr | Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: $27.57/hr | Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: $32.63/hr | Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Must be willing to be clean shaven to wear a respirator when/if needed, because you will be around certain chemicals.

About the Role

We're hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing operations by moving materials, assisting with production processes, and helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for candidates with forklift experience who are looking to grow their manufacturing career.

No aerospace experience is required. Training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Load, unload, stage, and organize production materials
• Support production processes by preparing materials and ingredients
• Monitor equipment and production operations during assigned tasks
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining an organized work area
• Work closely with team members to ensure production goals are met

What We're Looking For

• Forklift experience preferred
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow written instructions and safety guidelines
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53185.00 - $67871.00/yr.
