Are you a supply chain professional who excels at the intersection of physical inventory and advanced data systems? We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Maintenance Inventory Specialist to spearhead critical maintenance inventory consolidation and data clean-up initiatives.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our warehouse footprint and aligning our asset tracking systems. Working closely with Industrial Direction, Supply Chain, Finance, and our Pasadena warehouse teams, you will turn complex asset data into a streamlined, efficient supply chain machine. If you love solving inventory puzzles, auditing data, and designing better processes, this project is for you.

  • Oracle ERP: Deep, hands-on experience navigating and managing inventory data.

  • Excel / Google Sheets: Advanced proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation) is required, as these tools will drive the core daily functions of this position.

  • Maximo (Preferred): Prior experience managing maintenance inventory and assets within IBM Maximo is highly advantageous.

What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in supply chain management or inventory/asset management within MRP systems.

  • Core Competencies: analytical thinking, a high concern for order and quality, excellent information-seeking skills, and the ability to positively influence stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Why Apply?
  • High-Impact Project: You will directly own and shape a major consolidation initiative, leaving a lasting stamp on the organization's infrastructure.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, plant managers, and corporate teams.

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn a premium hourly rate while utilizing your specialized ERP and data expertise.

  • Strategic Decision Making: Categorize maintenance inventory to determine what should be treated as operating consumables (expensed), what stays on-site, and what transfers to the Pasadena hub.

  • Process Improvement: Evaluate physical spare parts at satellite warehouses. Collaborate with IT to implement system adjustments, such as creating virtual warehouses, and build new processes to improve long-term data collection efficiency.

  • Reporting & KPIs: Design, implement, and maintain activity reports, metrics, and KPI dashboards. Present progress assessments to plant management, corporate reliability, and supply chain leadership.
