Physical Therapist - School Setting in Greencastle, IN

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana
• Experience providing physical therapy services within an educational setting is highly preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and compliance with special education regulations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and time management

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ physical abilities and challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and daily routines
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, progress, and evaluations
• Communicate regularly with families and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications as needed
