Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Hopper Tender for a local plastic manufacturing company in Waterville, WA.

This is a hands-on production role supporting injection molding operations. The main job is walking around the production floor, filling buckets with materials, and dumping those materials into machines as needed. This is a more physical job, so we are looking for someone dependable, hard-working, and comfortable staying active throughout the shift.

Pay: $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Location: Waterville, WA

Training: Provided on the job

Job duties include:

Filling buckets with production materials

Carrying and dumping materials into machines

Supporting injection molding and production operations

Following work instructions and safety procedures

Keeping up with a steady production pace

Standing and walking for most of the shift

Working around production equipment and machinery

Good candidates will have:

Reliable attendance

Ability to follow instructions

Comfort working around machinery

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with help for heavier items

Good teamwork and communication

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Mechanical or hands-on work experience is helpful, but not required

Work environment:

Indoor manufacturing floor

Standing and walking for long periods

Exposure to noise, dust, heat, and production equipment

Physical, labor-intensive work
