Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license and credentials valid for Colorado
  • Previous experience working as a school-based OT strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of childhood development, sensory processing, and adaptive equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with assessments, goal-setting, and progress documentation
  • Compassionate, patient, and flexible—able to build trust with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy services in group and individual settings
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input for multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer recommendations for appropriate classroom adaptations and resources
