Machine Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team in McAlester, OK. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical & elecrical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
