Assembly Associate
Full-Time | $18.00/hr.
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Are you reliable, hands‐on, and looking to grow in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment? We are hiring Assembly Associates to support production by assembling quality components using basic tools and work instructions. This role is essential to maintaining strong workflow and producing high‐quality parts.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly
- Perform mechanical, electrical, or light assembly depending on production needs
- Use manual and powered hand tools to build and assemble components
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or basic shop math
- Complete sub‐assemblies, pick and pack parts, and prepare components for the next stage
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and aligned with production standards
General Production Support
- Inspect parts during the assembly process to ensure quality
- Assist with staging materials or finished products
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand English
- Able to stand, move, and work on your feet for the full shift
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment
- Interest in working with tools, parts, and real products
Preferred
- Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production
- Familiarity with basic hand or power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
