Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Colorado
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred

  • Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation standards
  • Effective time management and adaptability to school routines

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the needs of students
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services, using evidence-based techniques
  • Track progress and document all interventions and outcomes in compliance with district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
  • Educate school staff and families on strategies to support students’ motor and adaptive functioning
  • Adapt equipment and classroom environments as required to promote student accessibility
