We’re looking for a go-to IT Support & Application Support Specialist to join our team in Portland, Maine—someone who can fix issues quickly and calmly explain (for the third time) why restarting actually does help. A big part of this role is owning and supporting our core business application, so if you like being the expert everyone relies on, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users (hardware, software, network)
  • Serve as the primary support contact for our core business application
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and coordinate with vendors to drive resolutions
  • Manage system access, user accounts, and application configurations
  • Support onboarding/offboarding (yes, you’ll be popular on day one)
  • Document issues and fixes—future-you will be grateful
  • Partner across teams to improve system performance and user experience

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting a core business platform (ERP, CRM, or SaaS)
  • Experience working with third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Strong skills with Windows, O365, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication and a “translator” mindset between users and technical teams
  • Ability to work on-site in Portland, ME
