Job DescriptionCompany Description
Outpatient Internal Medicine locums in Connecticut with a Monday through Friday clinic schedule and no call. You will see an older Medicare population with steady primary care volume and EPIC charting.
Practice Setting
- Outpatient preventive and primary care clinic, Medicare population with most patients age 65+
- Typical visits include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and CAD history
- 16 to 18 patients per day
- Support includes NPs, MA and scribe support, plus RNs supporting the clinic as a whole
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- Full time coverage needed
- No call requirements
- Minimum 3 month commitment, with option to extend
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Connecticut license in hand
- Comfort with EPIC
