Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is open for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with ASHA CCC certification to provide maternity leave coverage. This position offers full-time hours beginning August 31, 2026, through December 22, 2026. You’ll work collaboratively in a supportive school setting dedicated to student development.
What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current ASHA CCC credentials
- Relevant licensure to work as an SLP in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain it
- School-based SLP experience preferred, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong partnership and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Experience or openness to delivering services virtually (voco)
- Organizational skills and adaptability to support a diverse caseload
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders in a K-12 setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans centered around students’ unique learning profiles
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to promote student success
- Document progress, maintain IEP data, and contribute to assessment meetings as needed
- Adapt services for virtual delivery if required, ensuring continuity of care
- Serve as a resource for speech and language best practices within the school community
