Law Firm is a high-performing personal injury firm seeking an Attorney to manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation while continuing to grow as a litigator. This role offers hands-on case ownership, strong team support, and a clear path for professional growth.
Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through resolution
Communicate with clients and guide them through the legal process
Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and evidence
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Conduct and defend depositions
Assist with mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Qualifications
Active South Carolina Bar license
Litigation experience preferred
Personal injury or insurance defense experience a plus
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
