What experience will help you thrive:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• State certification or license (or eligibility) to practice as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings (preferred, not required)
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Familiarity with development of IEPs, FBAs, and participation in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and case management abilities
• Adaptability to support diverse student populations, including virtual service delivery

Your core responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Participate in IEP meetings, assist with eligibility determinations, and provide recommendations
• Deliver individual and group counseling or interventions to support student growth
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies
• Collaborate in RTI/MTSS efforts to promote academic and behavioral success
• Maintain all required documentation in a timely, thorough manner
