Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado
- Strong understanding of best practices in pediatric and school-based OT
- Previous experience working in educational settings, preferably with K-12 students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Adept at documentation and meeting compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans focused on enhancing participation and performance in school routines
- Collaborate closely with educators, special education teams, and families to support student progress
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services according to IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings to articulate OT recommendations and advocate for appropriate accommodations or strategies
- Deliver engaging activities and interventions in both individual and group settings
