Travel Retail Pharmacist in Cass Lake, MN

An opportunity is available for a pharmacist to support specialty pharmacy operations in Bemidji, MN. This travel assignment spans 13+ weeks and focuses on delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care within a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and dispensing medications tailored to long-term care patients
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Providing medication therapy management and consultation
• Supporting immunization programs and participating in patient education initiatives

Ideal candidates will hold a PharmD degree and possess certifications in immunization and CPR. Experience with medication therapy management (MTM) is highly valued to enhance patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Some weekend shifts as required
