Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology required
• Current Michigan state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within school settings is a plus, but motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for advancing positive outcomes for students with a range of needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students across K-12
• Collaborate on development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral consultations, and recommendations for instructional strategies
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development through targeted interventions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations related to special education services
