Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated candidates for a Pack Operator / Production Operator opportunity in Asheboro, NC. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this position, you will help support daily production by packing finished products, checking quality, keeping accurate counts, and making sure products are prepared according to company standards.
What You’ll DoPack finished products according to company guidelines
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects
Operate and monitor basic production and packaging equipment
Maintain accurate production counts and records
Report product issues, defects, or equipment concerns
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Previous production, packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Willingness to be a team player
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
This position is on 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Overtime is expected to be minimal, but occasional Saturdays or extended weekday shifts may be required based on business needs.
