Job Description
Our manufacturing clients is looking to add skilled Maintenance Technician to support their plant operations in **Findlay, OH **location.
**Pay Rate: **$22/hr - $24/hr
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to reduce downtime
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation (CMMS preferred)
Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience troubleshooting PLC systems is a plus
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Basic welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting skills
