Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description Join a team dedicated to engineering a better future through sustainable technology and machine productivity. We are seeking a skilled Quality Technician to perform day-to-day quality support for operations, ensuring the reliability of parts and final products. Experience in manufacturing quality and data analysis is highly valued. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform part and product inspections to ensure they meet engineering drawing requirements.
  • Utilize standard gauging and automated computer systems to verify unit assembly.
  • Carry out hardware analysis on suspect material and document risk assessments.
  • Track defects and use data analysis tools to identify quality-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to solve problems using continuous improvement methods.

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing support role.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Experience with standard quality tools and computer systems like SAP or Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledgeable in basic quality metrics such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and First Pass Yield.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to use manual tools like wrenches or socket wrenches for component adjustment.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting assembly lines and machining cells.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
