Day Shift and Night Shift Available
Looking for a great opportunity to lead, mentor, and make an impact—all while working just weekends? Join our team as a Production Line Lead and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll DoAs a Production Line Lead, you’ll oversee daily operations on the production floor and ensure both performance and quality goals are met. You will:
Ensure production quality meets all specifications
Monitor line performance and drive efficiency improvements
Communicate issues and updates to supervisors and management
Lead, mentor, and support team members and line leads
Create and assign daily work priorities based on team capabilities
Coordinate product flow through the department
Manage staffing on the production line, including job rotation
Ensure all team members follow standard work (play sheets)
Support changeover procedures with administrative teams
Step in on the line when needed to maintain operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing or production line experience
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Attention to detail with a focus on quality
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Work only 4 days per week – great work-life balance

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
