  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed to support production and shipping demands.

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to perform material handling tasks, including moving, staging, and organizing raw materials and finished goods.
  • Hands-on experience operating forklifts such as sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks in a safe and productive manner.

  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to work with inventory systems and, ideally, RF scanners.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Forklift certification or equivalent hands-on forklift experience preferred.
  • Experience with general production tasks such as packing, assembly, and general labor.
  • Comfort working in non-climate-controlled warehouse or production environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
