Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I have MS disabled can no longer drive so need someone who can drive me to dr appointments and other appointments when needed. Need someone this as soon as Thursday 18th@11 a.m. to come to my home and take me to hospital appt. Can someone please call me back and let me know if this would be possible. About the care needs: Someone easy going and likes cats and willing to help with minor simple things Im not able to do myself. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
