Babysitter Needed for my Children

my baby struggles with colic. she is not a great napper or eater. she likes to be held majority of the time other wise she will cry. I am looking for someone with a large amount of patience for such a small baby. also someone with skills to construct a day time schedule for her that I can carry into the night. I am not working so I will be home as well. I have another small baby at home that needs attention so the care takers sole responsibility will be the baby. I may pop out for errands or go on a walk but I will be home 80% of the time. she has recently had a tongue and lip tie release so her bottle feeding is still a working progress
