Job Details

• Position: CT Technologist
• Locations: California, New Hampshire, New York, and New Jersey
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Day Shift
• Schedule: 4x10
• Experience Required: 2 Years
• Weekly Pay: $2800 to $3200

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare and position patients to obtain accurate and diagnostic-quality images
• Administer contrast media as appropriate and monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and image quality
• Review images for technical quality and completeness before submission to radiologists
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection prevention protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide compassionate patient care and education throughout imaging procedures
• Assist with emergency and trauma imaging cases as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Active ARRT Certification required
• ARRT (CT) Certification 
• Active state license as required by the facility and state regulations
• Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• Experience with contrast-enhanced studies and trauma imaging preferred
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, anatomy, and radiation safety
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced imaging environment
