Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Provide comprehensive care for surgical patients in the operating room.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with surgical teams and assist during procedures involving neuro, ortho, and general surgeries.
  • \n
  • Monitor patient vitals and ensure sterile surgical environments.
  • \n
  • Participate in call requirements, including 1-2 weeknights per week and weekend rotations every 4-5 weeks.
  • \n
  • Manage cases involving Da Vinci robotic systems and complex surgeries like cranial, laparoscopic, and colorectal.
  • \n
  • Contribute to team protocols for safe patient outcomes and effective use of resources.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Active RN license in the state of Nebraska or pending license with acceptance.
  • \n
  • Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience, including Trauma Level II facilities.
  • \n
  • BLS and ACLS certification required; EPIC charting system experience preferred.
  • \n
  • Specialty experience in neuro, ortho, and oncology surgeries highly preferred.
  • \n
  • 100% nicotine-free compliance and capability to work in a nicotine-free facility.
  • \n
  • No first-time travelers; prior travel experience necessary.
