Registered Nurse (RN) - STEMI/Stroke Coverage\n\n
Assignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
\n\nSchedule\nThe position includes two shift options:
\n- \n
- 4 - 10 hour shifts: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM \n
- 5 - 8 hour shifts: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM \n
Additionally, there are 10-15 on-call shifts per month for STEMI/Stroke coverage.
\n\nJob Description\nThe Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, particularly focusing on STEMI/Stroke patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly. \n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. \n
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. \n
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. \n
- Provide education and support to patients and their families. \n
- \n
- Current RN license required. \n
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is required. \n
- Verification of license and certifications will be conducted. \n
- Proof of immunizations and health screenings, including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Influenza, Hepatitis B, TB test, and Varicella. \n
- Driver's License or State ID for identification purposes. \n
