American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care hospital radiology unit, requiring 2+ years of CT experience, ARRT (R)(CT) certification, and IV skills for a night shift assignment.
Details- Acute care hospital radiology setting with 218 beds
- CT Scan unit serving all age groups across a wide range of diagnoses
- IV contrast administration is part of routine duties
- Night shift schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, five 8-hour shifts per week
- Every other weekend rotation required
- No on-call or standby requirement
- No floating requirement
- EMR: Epic
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- IV skills required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- License required if applicable
- Must provide 2 professional references (at least 1 supervisor reference) and a skills checklist completed within the past year
- Copies of certifications and driver's license required for consideration
- Department-specific orientation provided by the Lead Tech
- Black scrubs required; jackets must be uniform (no hoodies)
- No holiday coverage requirement
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from this WVU facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
- Travelers who have previously worked at any WVU Medicine location must have taken a minimum 2-year break before reapplying
- Travelers may not work within the WVU system for longer than one cumulative year before taking a 2-year break
