Pluto Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Information Regarding Observation Unit:
10 Bed ER Overflow
Ratio days typically runs 1:4-5, if RN/LPN team they can go up to 1:7
Focus of constant reassessment of readiness of patient for discharge. This unit will be rapidly admitting and discharging patients.

HOLIDAY RTO: No holiday requests, dates may be discussed with manager to determine if the unit is able to accommodate.

Floating Requirement: Will float to other Med Surg units
Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend.

Information Regarding the Other Med Surg Units:
We all see a good mix of medical patients.
Variety of staff work on this unit and other Med/Surg units
