\r\nPay:<\/strong> $19.00 per hour
\r\nShift:<\/strong> Flexible between 1st and 2nd shift hours
\r\nTravel:<\/strong> Must be willing to work within a 2-hour radius of Maryville, TN<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams on-site<\/li>\r\n\t
• Set up new projects and ensure smooth daily operations<\/li>\r\n\t
• Train inspectors on work instructions, procedures, and expectations<\/li>\r\n\t
• Inspect parts and verify quality standards are consistently met<\/li>\r\n\t
• Communicate with customer representatives and job site contacts<\/li>\r\n\t
• Ensure compliance with safety and company requirements<\/li>\r\n\t
• Verify tools, equipment, and measuring gauges<\/li>\r\n\t
• Complete required project documentation and reporting<\/li>\r\n\t
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed<\/li>\r\n\t
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouse locations as required<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat We’re Looking For<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

  • Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Strong communication and organizational skills<\/li>\r\n\t

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Valid driver’s license required<\/li>\r\n\t
  • Reliable transportation required<\/li>\r\n\t
