Exciting Opportunity: Break RN, Day Shift\n\nJob Description:\n- Shift Information: \n - Day shift from 7 AM to 7:30 PM \n\n- Minimum Experience Required: \n - 1 year of acute care experience within the past two years \n - 6 months recent experience in Emergency or Critical Care setting \n\n- Certifications/Requirements: \n - Current unencumbered California RN License \n - General Certifications: PALS, ACLS, and BLS (must be from American Heart Association) \n\n- Role Summary: \n - Report directly to the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) \n - Provide break relief and supplemental staffing to RNs in: \n - Emergency \n - Medical Surgical/Swing Bed \n - Skilled Nursing departments \n - Demonstrate knowledge and skills for individualized, age-appropriate care for patients aged 0-120 \n\n- Key Responsibilities: \n - Implement the nursing process for safe and effective patient care \n - Respond to assignments from the Nurse House Supervisor or autonomously provide nursing support in any trained department \n - Maintain proof of competency for expected patient care levels \n\n- Language Requirements: \n - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
