Job Description\nThe Registered Nurse in the ICU will provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients with critical illnesses. The role requires expertise in managing patients with various diagnoses, including DKA, STEMI, CVA, and respiratory failure. The RN will work within a team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit. \n
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as needed. \n
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. \n
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with staff. \n
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures. \n
- Be prepared to float to Med-Surg if ICU is closed for the shift. \n

- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required. \n
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania RN license. \n
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required. \n
