COVID Vaccination Required.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
Compact or WI License required.
50 mile radius rule. Cannot live within 50 miles of the facility.
2+ years of experience required.
Recent Travel experience required.
Every other Weekend/Holiday required.
EPIC Charting experience required.
Required to float to sister facilities within a 40 mile radius.
Required to float to areas of competency.
Unit Information: 22 bed general med/surg ICU with an open heart program, respiratory failure, STEMI, IABP, Septic Shock, TTM, CRRT, COPD, CHF; Carotid endarterectomies, whipples, AAA. Ratios 1:2
Any Solid Color Scrubs.
