Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Perform surgical procedures with a focus on oncology and general surgeries.
\n
• Provide perioperative care, including assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
\n
• Float within service lines as needed to support diverse surgical cases.
\n
• Manage rotating shifts including possible night shifts and off-shift coverage.
\n
• Fulfill call requirements for weeknights and weekends as needed.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience required.
\n
• Oncology surgery experience required; experience with procedures such as Whipple and esophagectomy highly preferred.
\n
• Level 2 trauma experience required; Level 1 trauma experience strongly preferred.
\n
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
\n
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
\n
