LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Independence, Missouri.

Unit Name: Rehabilitation Center – 4th Floor
- Number of Beds: 16
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5
- Staffing Model: Patient Care Tech (PCT) available when census is 8 or above; no unit secretary
- Equipment Used: Sara Steady Lift, Hoyer Lift, Alaris IV Pumps
- EMR System: Meditech 5.6
- Schedule Requirement: 3 shifts per week, including every 3rd weekend
- Floating Policy: Contract and PRN staff float first to similar units
- Focus on goal setting with patients
- Hourly rounding required
- Bedside shift reporting implemented
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Inpatient Acute Rehab experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of FIM and CARE Tool assessments
- Must have Med-Surg nursing experience
- Wound care management
- IV line insertion
- Blood administration
- Antibiotic administration
- Grey scrub top with black or grey scrub bottoms
- Rehab unit maintains strong performance with a PEM Quality Metric score of 83.8, exceeding the national benchmark
- Focus on patient-centered rehabilitation and functional recovery outcomes
