Job Overview

 

We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist for an immediate-opening, full-time weekend position.

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week (Friday–Sunday)
• Start Date: As soon as possible (Urgent Hire) 

Key Responsibilities

• Imaging Procedures: Perform diagnostic radiographic and CT procedures according to department protocols and regulatory standards (HFAP, TJC, local regulatory, CMS, State, and Federal regulations).
• Patient Care: Function as the primary, first-line interface with patients to ensure their imaging needs are successfully met.
• Data & Quality Control: Process and transmit medical images directly to PACS, and actively participate in performance improvement (PI) and quality control (QC) activities.

Job Requirements

 

Education & Experience

• Education: Graduate of an imaging program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred. 

Licensure & Certifications

• ARRT(R) certification required.
• Current CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification required.
• Venipuncture Certificate required within 3 months of hire.
• Fluoroscopy Permit required within 6 months of hire. 

Technical & Regulatory Skills

• Strong familiarity with State and Federal healthcare regulations.
• Proficient computer skills and digital systems navigation.
